An evolution built from experience, now supported by Cisco’s new partner model.

At ITS we build solutions designed from a customer-centric vision

Each solution starts from a clear premise: understanding the client’s business before defining the technology. Our approach has always been to design architectures that respond to real needs, integrating security, connectivity, collaboration, cloud, and services as a whole, not as isolated initiatives.

Over the years, this approach has led us to consistently invest in:

  • Development of specialized technical capabilities.
  • Ongoing training and certification of our teams.
  • Design of comprehensive architectures, not isolated solutions.
  • Customer support throughout the entire cycle: planning, implementation, adoption and optimization.

This evolution has been intentional and sustained. It’s not just about technology, but about understanding the context of each organization and transforming technology into a true enabler of its growth.

Solutions that evolve with our customers’ needs

From our beginnings, ITS has moved forward with a clear conviction: putting the customer first. Their voice has set the course, becoming the main driving force behind our strategy and evolution.

Our work doesn’t start from the portfolio, it starts from the needs:

  • How can we better protect the operation?
  • How to optimize collaboration?
  • How to scale the network safely?
  • How can we leverage the cloud and artificial intelligence in a practical way?
  • How to guarantee the continuity and quality of services?

This approach has led us to build comprehensive solutions, combining security, networking, collaboration, cloud, AI and services, with the same goal: to generate tangible and sustainable value for our clients.

A specialization model aligned with market needs

In this context, Cisco is evolving its partner model, moving from a structure based on general levels to an approach based on specializations and proven capabilities.

More than an administrative change, this model recognizes partners who:

  • They demonstrate real-world experience through technology.
  • They have certified and specialized equipment.
  • They have success stories and established practices.
  • They add value to the adoption and operation of the solutions.

For ITS, this new model does not represent a starting point, but a complement that validates the path we were already following.

What does this mean for our customers?

For customers, this model makes something fundamental easier: choosing partners based on their actual ability to execute.

For years, ITS was part of the Cisco Gold Partners group , a status the market identified as the highest level within the Cisco ecosystem. This recognition reflected broad capabilities, certification compliance, and comprehensive portfolio coverage.

Today, the industry is evolving toward a more precise approach. Starting in February 2026, traditional tiers like Gold, Silver, and Premier will be phased out, giving way to a model that prioritizes specialization by technology: Cisco Preferred Partner.

For ITS, this change doesn’t represent a break, but rather a natural continuation of our way of working. We have always designed customer-centric solutions, delving into the technologies that truly impact their business. The new model simply allows that specialization to be more visible and clear to the market.

Previously, finding a Gold partner meant choosing a partner with general capabilities across multiple technologies. Today, the criteria are more precise: customers can select partners specializing in the technologies they need, such as Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud & AI, or Services.

For example, an organization looking to strengthen its network should prioritize a Preferred Partner in Networking. If its challenge combines connectivity and collaboration, the ideal partner will specialize in both areas. The same applies to security, cloud, artificial intelligence, or managed services.

Today, ITS is recognized as a Cisco Preferred Partner in:

  • Security
  • Networking
  • Collaboration
  • Cloud & AI
  • Services

This status reflects capabilities that we already apply in our projects:

  • Highly specialized technical teams by technology.
  • Design of architectures aligned with the business.
  • Implementations with good practices and a focus on adoption.
  • Continuous support beyond deployment.

This reflects an experience built from deep knowledge, execution, and continuous support.

More than just a name change, this model allows customers to make better-informed decisions and work with partners who not only know the technology, but also know how to turn it into real results for their business.

Working with ITS means:

  • Having a partner who understands your business, not just the technology.
  • Receive solutions designed, implemented and supported by experts.
  • Having support throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
  • Minimize risks and maximize return on investment.

In an environment where technology is constantly evolving, experience and specialization make the difference.

An evolution that continues

The evolution of ITS does not stop here.

We continue to strengthen our capabilities, explore new technologies, and design solutions that support our clients in their current and future challenges.

This recognition as a Preferred Partner is an important milestone, but above all, it is a confirmation of our way of doing things: with vision, specialization and a genuinely customer-centric approach.
