ITS InfoCom currently provides Network Management for Central America’s largest national networks. Through our NOC, SOC, and AOC platforms, ITS InfoCom is able to service client’s networks, security infrastructures and applications.

Network Operation Center (NOC)

The Network Operation Center (NOC) encompasses ITS InfoCom’s Managed Service Center (MSC) and serves as an advanced-level service solution resource. NOC/MSC services are provided on a 24/7/365 basis.

Security Operation Center (SOC)

The Security Operation Center (SOC) provides risk management for your network in which this case means facilitating the centralization and monitoring of all computer systems’ activities and technological resources by personnel trained and ready to solve problems as they arise.

Application Operation Center (AOC)

The Application Operation Center (AOC) provides 24/7/365 remote monitoring services for applications, database servers, operating systems, and e-mail. It is also available for clients either through their internal networks or ITS InfoCom’s DataCenter.
