The Security Operation Center (SOC) provides risk management for your network in which this case means facilitating the centralization and monitoring of all computer systems’ activities and technological resources by personnel trained and ready to solve problems as they arise.
The Application Operation Center (AOC) provides 24/7/365 remote monitoring services for applications, database servers, operating systems, and e-mail. It is also available for clients either through their internal networks or ITS InfoCom’s DataCenter.
