As an education advocate, ITS InfoCom offers our employees opportunities for personal and professional development using advanced technology training and education methods. ITS InfoCom has an in-house Learning Center for our employees. It is easy to see that people and knowledge are high priorities for us due to the amount of time and energy we invest in providing top-of-the-line education and training programs to enrich the skills and knowledge of employees.

ITS InfoCom is a Hewlett Packard University and is an education partner of Cisco. We have the capabilities and resources to train employees to become certified professionals in Cisco, ITIL and Project Manager - and other related certifications - which is a key element that gives us the competitive advantage over competing companies.

Learning Center Locations

ITS InfoCom has four professional and high-quality Learning Centers. ITS InfoCom´s Learning Centers are located in Costa Rica, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and Colombia.

Learning Center Delivery Formats

Training in ITS InfoCom’s Learning Centers is offered in various formats. Currently, training is offered onsite at one of our four locations, as well as remotely and on the Web.

State-of-the-Art Networking Laboratory

ITS InfoCom also has a state-of-the-art networking laboratory in which $2 million US dollars were invested so that our employees can work on routing and switching, security, unified communication, IPTV and video surveillance - among other technologies - to give a real hands-on preparation to employees for better training results and higher results on certification exams. Employees are also able to utilize the network laboratory in order to put their current projects into practice.
